International Dispute Resolution Committee

The primary purpose of the International Dispute Resolution Committee (IDRC) is to provide policy advice to the Law Council Board on international arbitration matters affecting the Australian legal profession, including international developments and opportunities relating to mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, case appraisal, conciliation, and hybrid ADR processes.
