The Taxation Committee of the Law Council’s Business Law Section is saddened by the passing of CPA Australia’s General Manager of External Affairs, Paul Drum.
Over many years, successive leaders of the Taxation Committee have enjoyed the privilege of Paul’s collegiality and insights into our collective work, and in the development and implementation of better taxation policy, across a variety of fora.
Paul’s infectious zest for everything he did, his raconteurial ways and his ability to coalesce disparate interest groups in these fields will not be forgotten.
Our condolences to his wife, Heather, and family, at this time.
