2021 Mahla Pearlman Oration Dinner

On 30 November 2021, the Legal Practice Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Environment and Planning Law Association of New South Wales hosted the annual Mahla Pearlman Oration Dinner in Sydney.

The dinner honoured Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, the Honourable Justice Brian John Preston SC and the Governor of New South Wales, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC.

His Honour, Justice Preston SC, was presented the Award for Excellence - Outstanding Contribution to Environmental Law, in recognition of his significant, and continuing, contribution to the body of environmental law in Australia and education of lawyers both in Australia and overseas.
