Courting innovation: Australia’s judicial system in the context of COVID-19 Webinar

The Law Council of Australia hosted an online webinar titled ‘Courting innovation: Australia’s judicial system in the context of COVID-19’ on 24 March 2021.
The webinar explored the greater reliance on technology by courts and tribunals during the pandemic and how it has assisted with access to justice issues. It also highlighted how this shift may also exacerbate accessibility concerns due to a digital divide in Australia and with varying levels of technological literacy and infrastructure.
