Tax lawyers wanted for Small Business Concierge Service
31 January 2019
The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) is seeking specialised small business tax lawyers to work with small business owners seeking to challenge ATO decisions through the AAT.
Through the ASBFEO, unrepresented small businesses will have access to a list of small business tax lawyers. The relationship will reflect normal lawyer-client retainer services, with the Commonwealth Government providing a co-payment for up to two hours of legal advice.
Interested small business tax lawyers will need to meet the following criteria:
- tax litigation experience of more than two years
- demonstrated experience conducting AAT litigation (multiple matters)
- small business expertise
- a current practising certificate in your jurisdiction.
