17th Australia-Vietnam Human Rights Dialogue

The Law Council of Australia provided a submission to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as part of the 17th AustraliaVietnam Human Rights Dialogue. The Law Council recently reissued its Policy Statement on the Death Penalty. In this context, the Law Council raises its concerns regarding the use of the death penalty in Vietnam.
