2020-21 Deferred Pre-Budget
The Law Council of Australia provided an additional submission to the Treasury for consideration in preparing the deferred 2020-21 Federal Budget, alongside the Law Council’s initial 2020-21 Pre-Budget Submission dated 20 December 2019 (‘Initial Submission’ at Attachment A).
The Law Council relies on the substantive recommendations contained in its Initial Submission and provides this further submission to identify additional areas of importance that have emerged since.
