2021 Independent Review of Banking Code of Practice
The Law Council welcomes the opportunity to provide a submission to the 2021 Independent Review of Banking Code of Practice (the Code).
This submission responds to select questions in the Consultation Note on which the Law Council considers it can most usefully respond. It is provided in addition to the Law Council’s earlier remarks made during its virtual meeting with the Independent Reviewer, Mr Mike Callaghan AM PSM, on 19 July 2021.
