ARNECC - Electronic Conveyancing National Law
On 9 February 2022, the Law Council wrote to the Chair of the Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) regarding the ‘Ministerial statement on amending the Electronic Conveyancing National Law to deliver a secure national interoperability regime and effective competition’.
The letter reiterates the Law Council’s position on interoperability between Electronic Lodgement Network Operators and welcomes ARNECC’s commitment to progress further amendments to the Electronic Conveyancing National Law.
