This submission responds to calls for comments and feedback on the consultation paper and exposure draft Bill to give effect to the 11 December 2020 Intergovernmental Agreement on the automatic mutual recognition of occupational registrations across all Australian jurisdictions, and addresses only those matters related to legal profession regulation.
