Consequential corporate insolvency emergency measures

Following the passing of the Coronavirus Economic Response Package Omnibus Act 2020 and the temporary measures enacted by instrument, a number of consequential issues can be identified which need addressing. Hence, this further submission is made by the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee and the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
