Consultation on Corporate Collective Investment Vehicles - Regulations

The submission to the Treasury in response to the exposure draft Corporations and Other Legislation Amendment (Corporate Collective Investment Vehicle Framework) Regulations 2001 (Cth) and the accompanying Explanatory Statement (Draft ES) issued by Treasury on 21 December 2021, was prepared by the Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section (BLS) in consultation with the BLS Taxation and Corporations Committees.
