Consultation on draft version 9 of the Registrar’s Requirements for paper conveyancing transactions

This submission has been prepared on behalf of the Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (the Committee) in response to the consultation on draft version 9 of the Registrar’s Requirements for paper conveyancing transactions, which was released for consultation in July 2023.

Note that the draft submission has been reviewed by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and the Victorian Bar. It is understood that the LIV may provide further views regarding this consultation in due course.
