Consultation: Renewal of Class Exemption for Same Class Offers ASX/NZX-quoted Financial Products

This submission to the Financial Markets Authority (NZ) has been prepared on behalf of the Corporations Committee (the Committee) of the Business Law Section (BLS) of the Law Council of Australia in response to the Consultation: Renewal of class exemption for same class offers ASX/NZX-quoted financial products.

The Committee has also conferred with the Financial Services Committee of the Law Council’s BLS (the FSC). The FSC supports this submission.
