Electricity price monitoring and response draft legislation
The submission to the Treasury in response to the exposure draft of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Electricity Price Monitoring) Bill 2018 (Exposure Draft) was prepared by the Competition & Consumer Committee of the Business Law Section.
This submission is divided into four sections, one for each of the Divisions in the Exposure Draft containing substantive provisions.
