The Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia provided a submission in response to the proposed amendments to section 254T of the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth) that are set out in the Corporations Legislation Amendment (Remuneration Disclosures and Other Measures) Bill 2012 exposure draft which has been released by Treasury.
