Externally administered companies: Extending financial reporting and AGM relief
The submission to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in relation to its consultation paper 337 on extending financial reporting and AGM relief for externally administered companies released 28 January 2021, was prepared by the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
