The submission to the Senate Standing Committee on Economics in relation to the National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment (Small Amount Credit Contract and Consumer Lease Reforms) Bill 2019 (No. 2) was prepared by the Australian Consumer Law Committee (ACLC) of the Legal Practice Section.  

The ACLC takes a specific interest in legal developments affecting consumers and liaises with government and non-government bodies involved in consumer law.
