NDIS Thin Markets Project Consultation

The submission to the Department of Social Services in relation to its consultation on the NDIS Thin Markets Project was prepared by the Law Council of Australia.

This submission is not intended to be a comprehensive statement. Instead it raises some key issues of concern relating to thin markets, including in the context of the findings of The Justice Project and, particularly, with regard to the Northern Territory.
