Proposed changes to Explanatory Notes on Essentially Derived Varieties under the UPOV Convention

The submission to IP Australia in response to its Consultation Paper concerning the proposed changes to the Explanatory Notes on Essentially Derived Varieties under the UPOV Convention (Explanatory Notes) was prepared by the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
