Regulating Digital Asset Platforms

The Law Council of Australia provided a submission to the Treasury in response to the Regulating Digital Asset Platforms Proposal Paper.

This submission has been prepared by the Financial Services and Digital Commerce Committees of the Law Council’s Business Law Section, with input from the Law Society of New South Wales (together, the contributors to this submission).

In addition to the comments contained in this letter, the contributors’ responses to the Question Sets canvassed in the Proposal Paper are provided in Appendix A.
