The Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section welcomes the opportunity to make this submission concerning the implementation of the accepted recommendations made by the Advisory Council on Intellectual Property (ACIP) in its report entitled Review of the Designs System in March 2015 (ACIP Report).
