Retail Grocery Industry (Unit Pricing) Code of Conduct consultation paper
The submission to the Treasury in response to the Retail Grocery Industry (Unit Pricing) Code of Conduct Consultation Paper was prepared by the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Business Law Section (the Committee).
The Committee recognises the value that the Code has brought to consumers and submits that the Code should be remade (with some amendments), rather than be allowed to sunset.
