Review of the Implementation of the 1 July 2022 Changes to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
The submission to the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) in relation to Review of the implementation of the one July 2022 changes to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules – Issues Paper, dated August 2023 (the Issues Paper), was prepared by the the Small and Medium Enterprise Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (SME Committee).
The SME Committee has, as its primary focus, the consideration of legal issues affecting small businesses and medium enterprises in the development of national legal policy in that domain. Its membership is comprised of legal practitioners who are extensively involved in legal issues affecting SMEs.
