Security-related Obligations Under the Electronic Conveyancing Regulatory Framework
The Law Council of Australia provided a submission in response to the Discussion Paper, Security-related obligations under the electronic conveyancing regulatory framework, published by the Australian Registrars’ National Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) in October 2024.
The Law Council's input is focussed on the security obligations of subscribers, such as solicitors, under the Model Participation Rules (MPR), and the security obligations of Electronic Lodgement Network Operators (ELNOs), under the Model Operating Requirements (MOR).
