Supplementary submissions: Consumer Credit Reforms
On 19 November 2020, the Law Council of Australia provided the Treasury with a submission in relation to the Consumer Credit Reforms, prepared by the Australian Consumer Law Committee of the Law Council’s Legal Practice Section.
Subsequent to this initial submission, the Law Council received input from the Law Society of New South Wales which is relevant to the proposed reform measures.
