Supplementary submission: Inquiry into the efficiency, fairness, timeliness and costs of the processing and granting of visa classes which provide for or allow for family and partner reunions
On 25 June 2021, representatives from the Law Council of Australia attended a public hearing in relation to the inquiry into the efficacy, fairness, timeliness and costs of the processing and granting of visa classes which provide for or allow for family and partner reunions.
In response to questions on notice, the Migration Law Committee of the Federal Litigation and Dispute Resolution Section provided a supplementary submission to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee.
