On 1 May 2023, the Law Council of Australia appeared before the Joint Select Committee on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice Referendum in relation to its ‘Inquiry into the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice Referendum’.
On 4 May 2023, the Law Council was asked by email to take on notice two questions from Senator Andrew Bragg. The two question on notice are outlined in the supplementary submission below.
