Timeliness of processes under the National Access Regime
The submission to Treasury in response to its consultation paper in relation to the timeliness of processes under the National Access Regime (NAR) in Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) was prepared by the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Business Law Section.
The Competition and Consumer Committee's comments are limited to the issues raised in the consultation paper, and Divisions 1 and 8 of Part IIIA (to the extent that they are relevant to Divisions 2 and 3).
