Treasury Legislation Amendment (Improving Accountability and Member Outcomes in Superannuation) Bill 2017

The submission to the Treasury in response to the release of the exposure draft of the Treasury Legislation Amendment (Improving Accountability and Member Outcomes in Superannuation) Bill 2017 (the Exposure Draft Bill) was prepared by the Superannuation Committee of the Legal Practice Section.

The submission follows the numbering of the Schedules to the Exposure Draft Bill.
