Consultation Papers
Under the oversight of eminent lawyers, academics and jurists the Justice Project Team completed a literature review and produced an overarching consultation paper and released 13 issues papers.
The below papers relate to the 13 groups identified in the terms of reference as facing significant social and economic disadvantage.
To adequately address injustices, we needed to receive responses to the consultation papers from as many people and organisations as possible.
A number of members of the public, and organisations who identify or work with the priority groups, were asked to get involved and help The Justice Project identify systemic flaws, gaps in the system and highlight what is working well.
The Justice Project received a number of submissions from organisations as well as real stories from people affected, which were used to inform the final Justice Project's report and Law Council advocacy on these issues.

An accessible 'Easy Read' version of the consultation paper is also available here.
