Military Law Committee
The Military Law Committee provides expert advice to the Law Council through the Section Executive relating to proposed legislation and policies concerning military justice affecting members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), including:
- the relationship between the civil regulatory and ethical requirements binding or affecting ADF legal officers;
- coronial proceedings in Australia and overseas;
- occupational health and safety laws; and
- developing liaisons with senior members of the ADF and counterpart state and territory organisations.
